Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Delivery Time
Standard USPS delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to the customer when the order ships.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We accept delivery to valid U.S. PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Delivery times may be longer for military addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Customers should use the tracking number to check the package status and contact the shipping carrier first. If the package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us at support@zoulax.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. ZOULAX is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer.
