Product availability, pricing, colors, and specifications may change. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error, with a full refund. Orders are accepted after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been sent. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, including card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. ZOULAX does not store full payment-card numbers. We ship within the United States only; shipping details are provided in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy. Products are covered by a limited two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper installation or use. To make a warranty claim, contact support@zoulax.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if requested. Product descriptions and performance claims, including protection or magnetic-compatibility claims, are based on product specifications and are not guarantees against every type of damage. To the extent permitted by law, Deelway LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the state where Deelway LLC is legally registered. We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on this website.
